Some of what we build carries our name; the rest we help bring to market. The mix is deliberate. Developing keeps us on site and accountable for the work. Investing keeps us honest about what a project actually returns. Selling keeps us in the market every week, reading demand instead of guessing at it.
Ten years in one city is what lets us do all three. We buy in corridors we have already watched for years, we know which approvals move and which ones stall, and we usually know the people on the other side of the table before a deal begins.

Our journey in real estate began behind the scenes — as angel investors and silent partners, learning the business from the ground up. Over time, that experience gave us something more valuable than capital: a clear vision for what we wanted to build.
Today, we are focused on bringing exceptional, thoughtfully designed and exclusive real estate projects to Hyderabad — while making sure our clients receive genuine value, strong investment opportunities and the best deals possible.

FounderAtish comes from the textile industry, where he built Swastik Tex Hub, and brought a construction background and long-standing relationships across Hyderabad with him. He holds the project pipeline and the work on the ground.
Pankaj Gupta
FounderPankaj comes from the jewellery business, where he built Murari Exports. He is the one who finds a way through when a deal or a site needs one, and brings a wide network across the city to every project.
